Golf Performance Assessment

  • Empty gym with workout benches, cardio equipment, and large windows.

    Stability & Mobility

We evaluate your stability and mobility to uncover how your body moves and supports itself during the golf swing. Limited mobility or poor stability can cause compensations, inconsistent shots, and injuries. This assessment identifies restrictions or imbalances, so we can build a targeted plan to improve your movement and performance.

    Strength & Power

We measure how effectively you produce and apply force by testing lower-body and upper body strength, as well as your ability to generate explosive power for distance and swing efficiency. By evaluating both strength and speed of force production, we identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas to target. These insights guide a focused plan to boost performance and long-term durability.

    Launch Monitor Data

Launch monitor data gives us a clear picture of what the ball and club are doing, helping connect your movement patterns to actual performance. By pairing this data with movement analysis, we can see exactly how limitations or inefficiencies in your body show up in your shots, allowing us to target the most important areas for improvement.
