Our Team
Chris is a seasoned fitness and performance coach with a deep background in both athletic and business development. Born and raised in Ireland, he moved to the USA in 2004 to play golf under Mark Immelman at Columbus State University where he graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Chris then went on to complete his Master’s in Business Administration also from Columbus State University.
Chris began his career at DiVerge Fitness, an exclusive boutique studio in Columbus, Georgia, where he developed the facility’s Golf Fitness Program and trained a wide range of athletes and business professionals. Over the next decade, he worked with everyone from Fortune 500 executives and entrepreneurs to competitive amateurs and mini tour professionals. He also worked with 1987 Masters Champion Larry Mize, high school and collegiate golfers from Brookstone School (Boys’), Columbus State Golf (Men’s), Mercer Golf (Women’s), and Augusta University Golf (Women’s).
In 2019, Chris joined the Catalyst Fitness team in Atlanta, where he continued to coach serious golfers and business professionals alike. He worked directly with players on the Korn Ferry Tour, PGA Tour Latin America, and PGA Tour Canada, as well as competitive amateurs and Augusta University’s Men’s and Women’s teams. Across both roles, Chris has been known for blending deep expertise in movement and performance with a practical, individualized approach—helping clients build the physical tools they need to swing better, move pain-free, and perform at a higher level both on and off the course.
His credentials include certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), USA Weightlifting, CHEK Institute, Hardstyle Kettlebell (HKC), and Evidence Based Fitness Academy (EBFA). Chris has also served the professional community by sitting on the NSCA Georgia State Advisory Board from 2010–2017 and presenting at several state clinics. Chris is incredibly excited to bring his new venture, Pin High Golf Performance, to life and share it with the Atlanta community. After years of experience in golf fitness and performance training, opening this space represents a major milestone—one that reflects his passion for helping golfers move better, feel stronger, and play their best. Atlanta’s energy, golf culture, and community make it the perfect home for Pin High Golf Performance, and he is excited to welcome players who are ready to elevate their game.
